We work on uPVC, painted timber, and composite materials. We don't use high-pressure washing on roofline boards — the wrong technique can force water under tiles and strip paint from timber. Everything is done carefully by hand using appropriate tools and solutions.

What's the difference between fascias, soffits, and bargeboards?
Fascias are the boards you see at the edge of the roof, where gutters are attached. Soffits are the horizontal boards underneath the fascias, closing off the gap between the wall and the roof. Bargeboards run along the sloped edge of a gable roof. We clean all three.
Can you clean uPVC fascias without damaging them?
Yes. We use methods and cleaning solutions suitable for uPVC. Harsh abrasives or incorrect pressure can streak and damage uPVC — we treat all roofline materials carefully.
How do you remove green algae from soffits?
We apply a specialist biocidal wash that kills algae and lichen at the root, then gently clean the surface. This is more effective than scrubbing alone, and the biocide continues working after we leave to prevent rapid regrowth.
Should I have fascias cleaned at the same time as gutters?
